Yongjia Sun

I'm Yongjia, a PhD candidate at Claremont Graduate University researching how generative AI can surface the tacit knowledge experts carry but rarely articulate. My main project is the Drucker Wisdom system, a multi-agent RAG pipeline built to reconstruct Peter Drucker's thinking and generate new insights grounded in his work. I also TA graduate courses in GenAI and Data Mining, and have hands-on background in data engineering from roles at IntelliPro.
