About
I'm Vera, a cloud engineer building on AWS after years in biochemistry labs and STEM classrooms in Ghana. That path shaped how I work: I take complex systems apart until they make sense, then build something practical from them. I hold three AWS certifications and have hands-on experience with serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security. Before cloud engineering, I taught Chemistry to 180+ students at Bosomtwe Girls' STEM High School and mentored young women in STEM leadership. Ask me about AWS and cloud architecture, serverless applications, breaking into cloud engineering, and STEM education in Ghana.
