I'm Umesh, a health and wellness coach who came to this work after 43 years as a mechanical engineer across six countries. Root cause analysis was my profession then, and it's still how I approach health now. My own history with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks is what shaped how I coach. I'm certified in cellular health, nutrition, stress management, and the Heal Your Life philosophy, and I work from both the science and the lived experience.
