I’m Jason, founder of Prepare for VC. I spent time working in venture capital and running fintech ventures before I saw great founders getting left behind, so I started the firm to help companies navigate fundraising—whether that’s an SBA loan, angel groups, venture capital, or equity crowdfunding. We’ve partnered on projects such as EasyKnock and Canela Media, supporting raises of $400 million and $40 million respectively, and we run the Breakthrough Program that covers mentorship, storytelling, business models and communication strategy.
