Thomas Oxley is a neurologist and founder of Synchron, developing brain–computer interfaces to help people with paralysis reconnect with the world. He led the first U.S. clinical trial of an endovascular BCI and is focused on bringing practical, responsible neurotechnology from the lab to real life.
