I'm Tommy, Unternehmensinhaber at Flenski based in Dubai. I run Flenski and focus on entrepreneurship, software, business, startups, and leadership. Previously I worked in roles that built toward running my own company and have experience across those areas.
And my hot take is startups overcomplicate hiring; just build with people who actually ship stuff.
