I can look beyond the financial statements and determine what’s really happening with suppliers, inventory, contracts, capacity, planning and external manufacturing. I’ve spent 25+ years actually fixing those issues, so I can help identify opportunities during diligence, turn them into a practical 100-day plan, and then work with management to execute. The objective isn’t operational perfection. It’s making the business more predictable, scalable and valuable within the ownership period.
