Todd Johnson

I teach entrepreneurship, statistics, and management at Minnesota State University, with a doctorate in servant leadership that shapes how I think about developing people who go on to develop others. Before full-time faculty life, I owned and operated Birch Haven Resort in northern Minnesota, doubling occupancy and growing revenue 150% before selling to new owners. I've also done professional development work in Haiti, South Africa, Thailand, and Kosova. Ask me about servant leadership, entrepreneurship education, business statistics, and using AI in business education.
