Tim Seymour

I'm Tim, co-founder of Profit First Professionals UK & Ireland and host of Profit First: Beyond The Book Podcast and The Profit First Pathway. I guide accountants, bookkeepers and business coaches to move from compliance and data entry led practices to offering high value advisory services, and I run a community supporting successful Profit First implementation.

I previously ran TJS Business Solutions Ltd, then sold the business and moved to advisory only, and I am CEO of Your Profit Coach where I help business owners maximise profits and gain control of cash. I am a certified Profit First Professional and a Certified Pumpkin Plan Strategist who specialises in working with sports related businesses.

And my hot take is profit-first beats growth-first for most small businesses; growth without cash is just stress.
