Timothy McCausland

I'm Timothy, senior counsel at Rourke Law. I was team leader for law firm business banking at Webster Bank, managing director of private banking and SVP chief administrative officer at Orange Bank & Trust Company. I work as an attorney, banker and community leader in the Catskills, advising individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations on real‑estate transactions, estate planning, nonprofit compliance, board governance and internal investigations. I also develop original screenplays through Dreampool Productions. I hold a JD from St John’s University School of Law and a BS in industrial & labor relations from Cornell University.
