I'm Tijana, founder of Career Alchemist and creator of Team Chemistry, a framework that helps early-stage founders stop being Chief Everything Officer. I combine Human Design with organizational design to help founders figure out who they need on their team and how to lead at the next stage of growth. I also teach entrepreneurship at Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Before this, I spent nearly a decade as a CPA at PwC and Deloitte.
