I practice emergency and addiction medicine, and I run Transitions Addiction Medicine Group and the Transitions Clinic of Sacramento. I also host the Recovery Reform podcast and serve as CMO at VocalMD. My work sits where acute care meets long-term recovery. I teach at UC Davis, advise startups, and consult for Netflix.
