I'm Talia, a Duke Public Policy senior finishing my degree magna cum laude. My honors thesis digs into how social media, podcasts, and video games are reshaping Gen Z's political ideology. I've researched child maltreatment prevention policy, interned in Congresswoman Julia Brownley's D.C. office, and now work as a Field Organizer for the North Carolina Coordinated Campaign. I also lead Duke Challah for Hunger and spent a semester in Copenhagen studying democratic backsliding firsthand. Ask me about Gen Z political behavior, education policy, campaign organizing, and child welfare policy research.
