Swaroop George Kariath

I'm Swaroop, an Associate Partner at IBM Consulting where I run large-scale ERP, AMI, AI, and asset management transformations for energy and utility companies. My work sits at the operational end: aligning stakeholders, protecting delivery, and turning multi-year programs into measurable reductions in cost and downtime. I've spent 20+ years doing this, including prior stints at Publicis Sapient and AltaLink. I also host Beyond the Grid, a podcast about the people and systems keeping the electric grid running. Ask me about ERP and AMI transformations, AI and predictive maintenance in utilities, program delivery in energy, and Beyond the Grid podcast.
