I'm Mario, Director of Product & Engineering at KatKin. I have worked across e-commerce, SaaS, EdTech, and B2B in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the UK and have scaled engineering teams from small to large while improving retention and diversity. I published a book about CI/CD with O'Reilly and built a profitable business at 13 which I later sold. Previously I led engineering and product teams at tails.com, helped build the B2B function for DataCamp in London, and ran an e-commerce-focused agency called Yanted that I sold to a private equity group.
