I'm Stefan and I work with AI, machine learning, graphs, and generative models at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. I have led AI programs at AI Sweden and Tyréns, advised startups and enterprises, and taught AI and digital transformation at Hyper Island. I focus on practical AI engineering, MLOps, graph neural networks, RAG, and deploying models closer to data while keeping attention on privacy and operational reliability.

And my hot take is AI teams should ship tiny locally running models before chasing giant cloud monsters.
