Silvia Tallon

I'm Silvia, co-founder and CEO of SHEDRIVES, a platform addressing a structural gap in women's safety in urban mobility. Millions of women modify daily routines just to feel safer in taxis and ride-hailing services. SHEDRIVES turns that invisible problem into measurable data cities and mobility ecosystems can act on. Before this, I spent two decades in C-level roles at Reebok, adidas, and Merkal, across 8 countries from India to Russia to the Levant. Ask me about women's safety in urban mobility, building a new market category, scaling brands across emerging markets, and leading as a founder-mother of twins.
