I'm Shuo Chen, General Partner at IOVC, where , people turning part-time projects into full-time startups.
My own start came at UC Berkeley: as an international student from Canada, I realized I didn't know how to manage my money, so I helped launch a personal finance course at Haas that drew over 100 students on the first day and grew into . I finished Berkeley in three years with a triple major and went into before moving into venture.
Today I also and Stanford, chair the board of DECODE, and serve on California's Mental Health Commission.
