Shail Daswani

I'm Shail, Co-Founder and CEO at Flent, a full-stack renting marketplace focused on affluent Bangalore neighborhoods. I started running Airbnbs as a side project after college, which grew into building a network of tastefully furnished homes with minimal deposits, zero brokerage, and no hassle. Before Flent I worked across growth, product, and go-to-market roles at startups including 100ms, YourStory Media, Innovaccer, and Slaash, and I explored investments at Artha Venture Fund while studying at IIT Kharagpur.

And my hot take is renting should feel like moving into a salon-quality furnished home, not a deposit negotiation.
