Sara Roberts

I'm Sara, founder of Bayview Talent and host of the Building CS Teams podcast. I build specialized recruiting practices focused on Customer Success leadership and cross-functional roles for fast-growing SaaS companies, and I personally run all my searches to refine ICP and find the right talent. I grew up in San Francisco, relocated to Denver with my husband, and we are raising two daughters and a Bernedoodle named Bear. I am direct, decisive, protective of my time and my clients' time, and I love bathtubs, board games, and doing terrible farm animal impressions.

And my hot take is hiring for CS speed beats hiring for perfect pedigree every time.
