Ruai Tayak Gatwiech

I'm Ruai, co-founder of Youth Action for Community Transformation (YACOT) in Uganda, where I run campaigns serving refugee and host communities. I also manage finance at OpenCycle Africa and am studying Software Engineering at USIU-Africa. Before this, I taught physics and math to 350+ students in South Sudan and built digital mentorship programs through Entrepreneurs' Ecole in northern Uganda. Ask me about youth empowerment, community organizing in refugee contexts, nonprofit finance, and getting into software engineering from a nontraditional path.
