Postar Chikaoneka

I'm Postar, a founder and an ecosystem builder focused on venture growth across Africa. My work sits where market intelligence meets startup acceleration, helping founders and investors move from insight to action in markets that most people underestimate.

I have previusly also led investment ecosystem development in Malawi and ran drone and data programs for UNICEF. My roots are in ethnographic research, which shapes how I read markets others misread.

Ask me about building startup ecosystems in Africa, investment-ready market research, drone and data programs, and venture strategy in emerging markets.
