He is the co-author, alongside renowned performance physician Ara Suppiah, MD, of the forthcoming book Being in the Age of AI, a bold exploration of how artificial intelligence is reshaping human flourishing, longevity, and the very nature of consciousness. The book blends ancient wisdom, cutting-edge science, and real-world applications to serve as a guidebook for thriving in an AI-powered world.

Previously, Poonacha served as CEO of The Chopra Foundation, where he led global initiatives addressing mental health, social well-being, and environmental sustainability in collaboration with Deepak Chopra, MD. During his tenure, he co-founded influential platforms such as Seva.Love, a metaverse for well-being, and NeverAlone®, a global movement for mental health and suicide prevention.

He also leads Peak Living, the wellness and longevity arm of Cyberhuman.ai, which integrates cutting-edge bio-optimization chambers, curated supplements, and AI well-being agents. His career includes leadership roles at technology giants such as Nortel, Iridium, Motorola, and Sasken, where he played a key role in shaping the mobile and digital innovation landscapes.

Poonacha holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering.
