University of New York Tirana

The University of New York Tirana (UNYT) is the first private university in Albania, founded in 2002. It offers English-language instruction and a selection of dual Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees in collaboration with prestigious American and European universities, including SUNY Empire State College. Owned by the Turkish Maarif Foundation since 2018, UNYT is accredited both nationally and internationally and serves a diverse student body from 42 nationalities.
