Established in 1969, the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine enhances Nevada's health through education, training, clinical care and research. It is a community-based, research-intensive medical school offering programs including Medical Doctor (M.D.), Physician Assistant Studies, Speech Pathology and Audiology, Residency and Fellowship, and Continuing Medical Education. The school is affiliated with Renown Health, forming Nevada's first integrated academic health system.
