The University of Montenegro, founded on 29 April 1974, is the oldest, largest, and most respected higher education institution in Montenegro. It comprises 19 faculties and multiple scientific institutes, offering studies across natural, technical, medical, biotechnical, social, humanistic sciences, arts, and sport. The university is headquartered in Podgorica and serves over 20,000 students.
