The University of Jos is a federal university located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. It started as a campus of the University of Ibadan in November 1971 and became an independent university in 1975. The university offers a wide range of academic programs across 15 faculties and is committed to providing an excellent educational experience with high impact on society.
