The Sir John Cass School of Art was a historic art school in London, UK, now part of London Metropolitan University. Founded in 1965 following the amalgamation of departments, it was previously known as Sir John Cass College and Sir John Cass Technical Institute. Nicknamed 'The Cass', it offered courses across art, architecture, and design. In 2012, it merged with the School of Architecture and Spatial Design. In 2020, the name of Sir John Cass was removed from the school's title due to his involvement in the slave trade. The school has three sites in Holloway, Aldgate, and Shoreditch, London. It is internationally recognised for high quality teaching, excellent facilities, and unique opportunities.
