NUS Overseas Colleges (NOC) is a programme under NUS Enterprise Academy at the National University of Singapore that combines overseas study with hands-on startup experience. Established in 2001/2002, it offers internships at innovation startups and entrepreneurial coursework in more than 15 global innovation hubs, including locations such as Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, Vietnam, and Munich. The programme has a network of over 5,000 alumni and has helped found more than 1,200 startups, including 3 unicorns. Partner universities include Stanford, Tsinghua, and KTH.
