The College of Medicine at MUSC is home to a broad group of medical students, residents, and fellows, leading the future of health through learning, discovery, and service. Founded in 1824, it was the first medical school in the southern U.S. and the 10th in the country. The college offers MD, MD/PhD, MPH, and graduate medical education programs, with over 80 ACGME residency and fellowship programs.
