Howard Community College (HCC) is a publicly funded two-year community college serving the educational needs of Howard County's citizens and employers. Founded in 1966 as the 14th of Maryland's 16 community colleges, the college opened its doors in the fall of 1970. Its mission is 'Providing pathways to success.'
