FLEX is a competitive, merit-based exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State. The FLEX Alumni Program serves over 33,000 FLEX alumni; after spending a year in the United States, alumni return home with enhanced leadership skills and a firsthand understanding of the United States, maintaining linkages between their home countries and the United States.
