About

California College of the Arts (CCA) is a private, nonprofit college of art and design in San Francisco, California. Founded in 1907, it educates students to shape culture and society through the practice and critical study of art, architecture, design, and writing. The college offers 17 undergraduate and 10 graduate programs and has campuses in San Francisco and Oakland. CCA will close in June 2027 following an agreement with Vanderbilt University.
