I am a senior AI strategy & engineering leader in Deloitte Consulting’s retail practice. In this role, I partner with CXOs and executive leaders of retail clients on top-line growth, customer acquisition and retention, and bottom-line optimization, by adopting AI-first mindset across the retail value chain. With more than 17 years of global consulting experience in the Consumer industry, I focus on solving my clients' signature issues across the retail value chain – including supply chain, merchandizing, store & digital operations, customer service, and back-office functions. I have delivered large-scale digital transformation and AI strategy and engineering engagements across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
