Ofir Eliyahu

Business & Leadership Coach, Mentor for Self-Confidence, Keynote Speaker, and Founder of WinnersDNA.

For 18 years, I served as a Commander and Officer in the Israel Police, leading teams and managing complex challenges under pressure. That journey taught me that true leadership is not about titles or ranks – it is about clarity, confidence, and the ability to inspire action.

Through WINNERSDNA, I work with individuals, managers, and organizations who seek to unlock their potential, strengthen their identity, and achieve lasting success. My coaching approach combines practical leadership tools, mindset transformation, and deep personal development, designed to help people thrive in times of change and uncertainty.

What I offer: • 1:1 business and personal coaching • Executive mentoring for leadership and confidence growth • Keynote lectures and workshops that inspire transformation • Group coaching programs and digital learning experiences

My mission: to empower people to break boundaries, activate their inner drive, and become the best version of themselves – in business, in leadership, and in life.

If you are ready to lead with clarity and confidence, let’s connect.
