Nishant Pradhan

I'm Nishant. I'm co-founder of Leela Life and a global product leader focused on wellbeing for accomplished professionals. Before Leela Life I led product teams at Flipkart, Ola, PayPal and worked on marketplaces, logistics, booking and dispute-resolution products, and earlier roles at EasyPrice, Tumbhi, Honeywell and IBM.

I hold technical and management degrees and have built products used by millions while now applying that experience to Leela Life, which combines Indic knowledge systems with human guidance and AI personalization to help senior executives find more lasting joy. And my hot take is: most executive wellness programs are PR, not practice, and need actual structure to work.
