I'm the founder and CEO of Revolut, the financial app I started in 2013 after getting tired of the fees I paid just to spend money abroad, it is now valued near $75 billion.

I trained as a physicist before trading derivatives at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse, and I still run the company the way I'd run an experiment: fast iterations, hard data, and no patience for the way banking has always been done. I also founded QuantumLight, a venture fund that uses our own AI tools to evaluate startups.
