Mike Plezia

I'm Mike, an inside service technician at Clark Associates where I support commercial kitchen and refrigeration technicians nationwide with warranty and technical troubleshooting. I also host the HVAC Mentors Podcast, a weekly show spotlighting the teachers shaping the trade, which has grown into training content and freelance instruction across the HVACR industry. I ran my own HVAC and appliance service business in Bloomington for nearly eight years before moving into field service and instruction. Ask me about commercial refrigeration diagnostics, HVAC troubleshooting, breaking into the trades, and what I look for in great trade mentors.
