About
Are you building or expanding a business between the U.S. and Latin America?
I am an international growth and market development executive with more than 25 years of experience building markets, relationships, partnerships, and institutional platforms across the Americas and Europe.
My work sits at the intersection of U.S. market entry, cross-border growth, real estate and hospitality, governance, and strategic partnerships.
Throughout my career, I have worked with more than 100 organizations, helping companies and institutions enter new markets, develop growth strategies, build commercial relationships, strengthen governance, and execute complex initiatives.
My real estate and retail experience includes work with some of Brazil’s leading shopping center developers and involvement in more than 80 shopping centers, representing approximately US$5 billion in annual revenue, 15,000 stores, and 24 million square feet of gross leasable area.
Today, my work focuses on international growth, market development, strategic relationships, and cross-border business, connecting opportunities across the United States, Brazil, and Latin America, with particular experience in real estate, hospitality, and private capital.
My professional background includes developing Mondora Group, focused on strategic expansion, governance, and U.S. market entry, and experience in Florida real estate through BHHS Realty.
My broader career includes work with the International Olympic Committee, USTA Florida, AISTS, and World Obstacle, where I helped lead a network of 120 national federations. I also bring more than two decades of academic experience and have taught more than 12,000 postgraduate students.
My perspective is especially relevant to companies, entrepreneurs, boards, and organizations navigating U.S. market entry, cross-border growth, real estate and hospitality, governance, strategic partnerships, and the challenges of building and leading across markets.
