Merri Rego, SHRM-CP

I'm Merri, SHRM-CP and Director of Human Resources at DiPrete Engineering. I work in talent management, onboarding, employee relations, and process improvement and I support initiatives like the DiPrete Internship Program and a Certified Survey Technician apprenticeship. I also organize DisruptHR Rhode Island and I am a member of RI SHRM. I studied at Rhode Island College and have worked in staffing, manufacturing, and HR roles across several companies, including Rosco Manufacturing, inMusic, and Express Employment Professionals.
