I work with hiring managers to define jobs correctly, run targeted sourcing and screening, and build recruiting processes that actually work. Previously I handled HR and recruiting roles at Spongecell, Bug Labs, IWCO Direct, ima consulting, and worked in the JET programme. I have a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown and a BA from UC Davis.
