Mary Maina

I'm Mary, founder of Lithogen East Africa, a battery storage company serving underserved communities in Kenya, and woteche.com, a nonprofit supporting women in engineering. I also lead the African Motor Show at Global Exhibitions Inc., connecting e-mobility startups, investors, and policymakers across the continent. I trained as an automotive engineer and worked in R&D at Ebikes Africa before going all in on building these ventures. I'm currently preparing to cycle from Kenya to Brazil for COP30 as part of the Wheels for Climate campaign.
