I'm Martha, founder and CEO of BantohIQ, an agri-tech company building AI tools for smallholder farmers in Cameroon. Our flagship app, Leafy, lets farmers identify crop pests and diseases and get treatment recommendations, even offline. FarmIQ, our climate intelligence platform, supports smarter farm management across communities we're actively piloting. Beyond BantohIQ, I've spent two years mentoring young innovators through programs like the AIMS Accelerator and TIC Foundation.
