Markus Neukom

I am a Swiss-born executive advisor based in Greater Boston.

I trained at KV Business School in Zürich, worked as a human resources executive, and became a managing director at 35. Since 2012 I have run Markus Neukom International, advising founders and executives through leadership transitions, restructuring, and high-pressure change. Most of the people I work with are already highly capable. What is missing is clarity about what is actually there.
