I invest as a Founding Partner at HighPost Capital, backing growth companies in sports, media, health and wellness, leisure, and lifestyle. Alongside investing I serve as Chairman of the Conservation International Executive Committee and sit on the Robin Hood board.

I use story to move resources, and I argue that small acts matter if you show up. If you have something to give, give it now.

I am a volunteer firefighter with the Scarsdale Fire Department. That work taught me to get in the game and save the shoes: do the nearest useful thing, in your town, today.
