I'm Marcie, and I run three things at once: a luxury travel agency specializing in Italy (but I also retired from an award-winning destination wedding specialist business for Caribbean and Mexico); a coaching program with multiple signature courses in sales and marketing for travel advisors who want to actually make money; and the No BS Travel Advisor Podcast, where I share the unfiltered truth about building this career.

I've been booking travel since 2006 and started coaching in 2022. Fair warning: I cuss a fuckton, I'm blunt, and I'm not here to sugarcoat what it takes. My passion in teaching is helping TAs make more money working fewer hours. I don't subscribe to hustle culture anymore. I especially enjoy teaching Lead the Manifest®, my college-level curriculum for escorted and hosted group trips, and Propose to Close®, my sales strategy for ditching tire-kickers and closing bookings faster.
