Leydi Chipana Cangana

I'm Leydi, a data scientist at Kambista, a Peruvian fintech, where I build NLP pipelines that classify and score customer service conversations using LLMs, and design causal experiments to measure what actually moves the needle in marketing. I studied economics at PUCP and did research across causal inference, machine learning for finance, and time series forecasting before moving into production work full time.
