Laurent Farci

I'm Laurent, Chief Information Officer at Monks and Mediamonks. I lead global IT, GTM, and enterprise systems for an 8,000-person creative and technology organization across 72 offices, running CRM, ERP, and MarTech integrations and steering AI-driven automation frameworks. I founded LGROUP.MEDIA, led global GTM for cloud solutions at Capgemini, and built CRM and enterprise systems at MightyHive and earlier consultancies.

I work on integrating acquisitions, modernizing enterprise architecture, and establishing global delivery hubs to scale operations and talent.
