Kenneth Hou

I'm Kenneth, and I help startups and growing teams figure out what to build and how to ship it. As a fractional Head of Product Design, I work across product strategy, UX, and design systems, usually brought in when things have gotten complicated or an idea needs to become a real product. Before going fractional, I spent a decade at Konrad Group leading a team of 45 designers across enterprise and startup work. Most recently I've worked with MatchDay Health and WeightWatchers.
