I'm Kelson, working in the trade I grew up around but never aimed to stay there. It was a solid, well‑paying way to get my feet wet like many blue‑collar folks. In my mid‑twenties I chose to grow the business and step into a leadership role. If you’re curious about how I moved from the shop floor to managing a team, I’m happy to chat.
